THINGS I HAVE STARTED THINKING ABOUT IN '05: I've been trying to decide what I will do this summer when I get back to the States. I told my dad that I would like to live close by to Nana to help her out, but feared what if someday I needed to move away, I dreaded the guilt of having to leave Nana once again... but Dad reminded me that service to others is never to be obligatory, but a desire and once it becomes one becomes obligated to do something for another you aren't doing it for the right reason. Just like ministry, I can think back to so many people at Toccoa (including myself) that felt ministry was the ONLY venue because of Christ so we have to.
THE QUESTION IS: So why are you doing what you are doing?
PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME: Get this, last night for dinner we had Chinese take-out... I have no idea why I ate it... I can eat all the rice when I get back to SK!! I need to stock up on some wholesome Chic-Fil-A and tasty sweet tea goodness. In other news, tonight is the Orange Bowl between Ooooklahoma Sooners and the USC Trojans... since Clemson is not in a bowl game this year, here's a great story about Clemson in a bowl game that got a head coach fired. Totally unrelated news I left my digital cam's USB (2.0, of course) cord at Nana's. Its always something *sheesh*. I will have to have my mom mail it out to me in Korea so no soup for you. Happy New year to all.
