BABY GOT BACK: Today in psych class, the
nutty professor (the very one who was thrilled that her class did so
well on the first test via the 73 grade average), was today lecturing
on the history of childhood. Lloyd de Mause was a child
psychologist who studied this and was repulsed at what he discovered
about infantcidal practices throughout history. She continued on
about how much we know more and totally disapprove of those ancient
practices... this intrigued me greatly... I do not know where the nutty
professor lies on the issue but my hunch is that its probably more left
than right. I, then asked, very politely about if we as a culture
look down upon then how do we justify abortion as not
infanticide? She didn't feel comfortable answering it... but said
that each person needed to reflect on their own views and thoughts
about that... whatever. If this gal was here, I know she'd lead the charge but I've learned to close my mouth before it got me into trouble *sigh*TIGER TAILGATING: Saturday kicks off the 12pm game between Clemson
and Boston College. As exciting as that sounds for you non-Tiger
fans, it'll be Rachel's first experience in tailgating! We'll be
arriving on campus around 8am and meeting up with Jacob (HannahWitta's
new guy friend). Hannah won't be at the game unfortunately but
we'll meet up afterwards at Jacob's place. Be patient my friends
as I will NOT forget my memory card this time.<><
