i remember applying to live in a house in toccoa, off falls road, and remember the application being much more personal than financial. they cared more that i was the right kind of person, than whether or not i could afford the rent. the first family they offered it too, declined, so i won by default, but then i also declined. you know how i like to have visitors over at all hours, with huge parties and all. ha. nosy renters aren't fun. i'm sorry about that. i still like where i lived, behind caudell realty. but i think the rent went up. i think those places downtown are sweet. probably out of your budget, but i bet they would be nice!!
